Didn't a just published article state that there was no right side up on edge lettering, that it occurred however the coin fell?

    That's right, for the circulation strikes. The proofs will all be oriented the same.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
