Coins From Whitlow LTD Received Today

A lot of negative stuff gets posted here sometimes deserved, oftentimes not. I just wanted to say that I received my coins today from Mike of Whitlow LTD and I couldn't be happier. They are exactly what I expected (which is a good thing). They will fit perfectly with what I have and help to elevate my commem set.
I'd go on to say that these coins in hand actually LOOK like they do in his PICTURES. I've learned some lessons on toned commems and pictures; so its nice to see someone who can represent photographically what the coins look like in hand.
Thanks,
Richard

Very beautiful coins......and images. Whitlow LTD has a great eye for quality.
<< <i>Decent coins. Are the outer rims as dark as the images portray, or are they more lustrous?
The coins look pretty much like the pictures (more so than any other toned coin I have purchased). If I were to say anything in comparing the coins in-hand versus the pictures it would be that both coins have lots of luster. The toning is dark but the luster is there. Looking again at them just now, I'm going to say the San Diego has quite a bit more luster than the picture (so I stand corrected).
The Pilgrim is PCGS MS65 and the San Diego is MS66.
I'm not real sure why the Pilgrim is only a 65 as I don't really see any marks on it and its got a strong strike. What might look like a mark by the elbow is actually a die crack that runs halfway down the forearm.
I have done business with Michael on several occasions. Whitlow Ltd. is definitely one of the good guys to deal with.
Congrats on the purchases.
