VCP "want list" emails

Anyone else having trouble with these? I haven't received a single email from them since I signed up. Is there something I need to turn on, like the PM's here on the board? They list some of the available auctions when I actually go to my want list on the site but they don't send me emails.
Also, I read somewhere on the site that they filter through the available auctions in order to weed out auctions from undesirable sellers or something like that. Anyone else uncomfortable with this? I feel safe in my ability to discern which sellers I would purchase from and which I would not. They definitely don't list all ebay auctions on the want list page.

according to my values and my needs. Nothing holds dominion over me, I stand alone as the ruler of my life.

Not sure about this because I receive their promotional emails. I got the one about Mastro but haven't gotten a want list email in almost a month.

I had the same problem when I signed up. I'd get their promo emails, but not the want list ones. I ended up changing the email address a number of times to find one that worked. I then forward it to my regular email account. Not the best solution, but they couldn't figure out why I wasn't receiving the emails.

I"m sure if you write Bobby he'll figure it out. They have been very responsive in handling my requests, often within hours.
