Broadstruck 1999P Jeffersons

I have 3 of these the size of quarters,my question is "Are they worth it to have them graded by PCGS?"Also,how would they go about grading them seeing that they are error coins?I seen one listed on e-bay for over $200 and that one is 2002P.The one on E-Bay was graded by PCGS 64.Would appreciate any feedback you might want to give me.

Unless these are super grade (MS66 plus) it is not worth the PCGS Error Rate slabbing fee of $40 per coin.

Be careful not to give any weight to what a coin is listed for on e-bay... it's what they sell for that matters.
