question about Washington commemorative halfs

How much of a premium does the PCGS Donna Pope signature series have over a regular one?
PCGS Price Guide has Reg. Proof 69 DC at $30.00
THE Donna Pope one at $65.00 I know PCGS guide prices are usually way on the high side but are the Pope ones worth twice as much?
Anyone know many of the Pope signature ones there are?

But I do take issue with commoncents05's comments. Worthless, indeed! This is the coin that reignited the commemorative coin program.
Guess that was not to bad since I needed one anyway for my Morden crap commemorative set!

<< <i>So why is the coin that launched the modern era commemoratives so cheap. Too many produced? >>
Yep. Millions of 'em, while a modern commem these days is lucky to top 100,000. But it's a beautiful silver coin, and when you can get a raw one for five or six bucks, a great deal.
