No creases just a slight tear on the bottom. Also, in the scan the card appear to have large white dots on some parts which it does not, must be the scanner or holder.
I've actually never sent a card with a rip in. I assumed it was looked at as the same as a crease but I guess not. That really sucks because it's a great looking card otherwise.

I'd keep it as is. Cards like that need to be held. I miss holding some of my cards every now and then.
