Anyone here familiar with 1901/1902 Ogden's Guinea Gold?

I picked up a lot of 20 Ogden's Guinea Gold cards recently and I'm hoping that some of you out there may be familiar with the set since it also features boxing/golf and other sport stars.
I know, for instance, in the Ogden's Tabs sets there are various series amongst the General Interest issue. I've noticed differences in the series myself in regard to photo backdrops. But when I first looked at this lot (authors) I thought I had purchased trimmed cards. Some of the cards are smaller than others. I assumed they had been hacked until I noticed that the actual size of the pictures on them were different. The display of names and location of them has some discrepancies as well.
Can anyone tell me if they issued different series amongst the Guinea Gold cards as well or are they just different years? I'd really like to get some of these graded, assuming they are just different sets and not altered. Any info/input would be greatly appreciated. Here are a few scans:

Much of thie issue and design can be de-coded by the script type in the word cigarettes.
There are items on ebay that will help in deciphering series and I believe Murray cards (in the UK) would have a guide to help differentiate a well.
Sorry I am not of more help.
