    Looks like it's on the cusp of BN - but may have been RB when certified.

    It's hard to tell from the photo. From what I can see, my answer is yes, I think that the grade is reasonable. I have ANACS slabs with similar color and RB grades. There is a pretty large range of color that is included in "RB".

    Also, I couldn't see the date clearly. If that is a die chip in the loop of the second 9, then it's a Breen 2033!
