What percentage of Greysheet bid is normally paid by dealers for a gold type set in VF or EF?

An authorized PCGS dealer, and a contributor to the Red Book.

    How many coins? Eight piece ot twelve piece type set? Any better dates or all common dates? Most coins will probably be close to melt.
