NewPS: $5 Liberty 1905-S Grade Opinions please.....

I bought this coin because it has a very nice PL look to it. I kow that PCGS wil not designate as such but it has a nice look to it. Any ideas on grade? I know it is not rare, but I think it has alot of eye appeal.

I'm not seeing the PL surfaces, the fields look like they have little to no luster left, which could be that way from circulation or cleaning. Hopefully some others will weigh in who can tell you more.
