Coins must be eye-appealing and look similar in appearance.

    I'm not surprised or put off by the idea; I have a set of cufflinks made of Lincoln cents, but they were gold plated and enameled black in complementary style (fields black and devices copper). I'm wondering how you aim to keep your shiny BU coins from tarnishing.

    actually, I am trying to get them for a friend who wants to give it as a gift to his Father-in-law....I just would like for them to be in nice condition, not necessarily high mint state or anything...I'm sure XF will do the trick.
