How would PSA grade this?

The front is almost perfectly centered, but the back is miscut. See top left and right of pic.
Would this get it the MC qualifier?

  • I would assume the front is MC as well but it is not noticeable due to the border. What are the card's dimensions? One would think it would receive an MC either way but hopefully I am wrong.

PSA does not penalize for poor back centering nearly as harshly as they do for the front, so you may get away with an 8 if the card doesn't have any other visible flaws.

  • Yes. I would expect a MC qualifier on the card. I had a '75 Mike Hargrove that was dead centered on the front but the back was 98/2 L/R and ended up with the MC qualifier...
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

I have PSA 9s with no qualifiers that are 90/10 on back. Considering how much the MC qualifier affects the value of a card, it seems overly harsh to saddle your card with an MC qualifier.
