67 Stand Ups: When you can't afford 'em, make 'em

Hey, whatcha think? I've only practiced on a couple of sheets of matte, but this one is good enough for the office. I haven't cut down the foamboard yet, or adhered my home made cards to the foamboard, but I'll be doing those next. It's a standard 16x20 size. I can't wait to get it into a frame.

Thanks Bob for all of your help and scans, and to Scott for his info on matte cutters and such!

    Nice lead in Bob and Kevin. Now that you mention it, I have been working (on and off, mostly off) on some other cards they should have made for the 1967 Stand Ups (well I thought so, no matter if they weren't quite in the game, or were already out by just a bit).

    Already partially complete is a Sandy Koufax and a Johnny Bench. I've also been working on a Brooks Robinson, but I'm not terribly happy with the result so far. I can't seem to get a large enough, near photo quality picture of him that I can blow up suitably for the card.

    Kevin, what's the odds you have a nice pic of Tony Perez, with a good headshot, preferably a closeup from a 5x7 or a 8x10, 300 dpi image.
