Who to contact for a mechanical error?

I recently received a card that I won on eBay that is not labeled as a variation. Who do I need to call/email in order to get this fixed? I am not a member currently.
Currently collecting the Nolan Ryan Basic and Topps Player sets.

    Qmayer,
    On the message boards put "error" in the search box and hit search. Then click on the thread "Who pays to fix this psa error?" The 4th post shows you what to do. John

    Ah yes. I read that post but I guess I missed the name and number. Maybe I need to wear my glasses more often. Thanks all the same. image
