Help with monthly special submission

This may be a dumb question but I'm tired of getting calls from PSA saying they have to change my order because I sent in cards that didn't fall in to the category of the monthly special. What I need help is if the cards that have the sweet spot of a baseball in them signed are considered patch cards. I'd really like to get my Johnny Bench card graded but I'm not sure it falls in to the monthly special.

    this should fit on the patch special. as long as declared value is under the limit.
