OT: Turbo Lister 2.0 Help

I have somehow lost the ability to designate an item STORE FORMAT. The option does not apear in the drop down and if I attempt to edit a previously designated item, the message pops up "The original listing duration is unavailable."

I don't know if it is something I did or a glitch. Can anyone help me please?

Have you made a duplicate of a previous item and then tried to change the format?

Right click on the listing or Control + D to duplicate.

Strange that you don't get the Change Format choice when you right click.

Did you try closing the program and opening again?

Yes I closed and opened. I originally set up a template and then duped about 120 items. The template had the store option. After editing each line item, the format changed to auction. I figured, no big deal, I'll go back. When I went to go back - no store option anywhere.

It looks like my Turbo Lister is not communicating with my ebay store, therefore it is not offering the store option to me - I think.

I apparently trashed something in my Turbo Lister. I backed up my file, reloaded and then attempted to restore. The restore will not take, so back to square one. The reinstalled version is communicating with my store and I have regained the store format ability. Oh well.....

Turbo Lister is a POS...learn how to use the File Exchange process and you'll be much happier...and MUCH more efficient.

I got an email awhile ago....isn't the 2.0 now obsolete and unusable? You may have to download the newer version.
