$199 for a complete 2002 Topps Heritage set?

Is this a good deal. Has all the SPs, just no insert sets. This sounds like a bargain. Do I need to pull the trigger? I figure it would be too pricey to put the 01 and 02 sets together by ripping.

    You might be able to do better wheeling and dealing and getting luck in a few places, but man, a complete set for 200. Gotta
    like that. The 02 offering is one of my favorites.

    Ehhh....I pulled the trigger. $189 + 11.30 S&H&I. Now......on to 2007!

    Wait, still need to finish up 2006....
