reached 50% 1954 Topps baseball card set

Well, I'm only half way there but I finally got past the 50% level on my 1954 Topps baseball card set. I'm putting together a Psa 8 set or higher. The low population commons have proven to be quite expensive, more expensive than some HOF star players from the set. I'm hoping to complete the set by years end.

Centered 54' Topps cards are museum quality images. great set and congrats at 50%.

I think the set is undervalued based on how tough high-end samples are to find. I favor this set over the 1952 Topps set (call me crazy)

Congrats - 50% on a vintage set is a tough milestone - probably tough on a modern set considering the size of them. I started a 54 set a few months ago - a pretty half hearted attempt but maybe I will get serious in the future. Hope the other 50% goes well for you. Rick

I don't collect it, but it's my favorite of the pre-1957 Topps sets.

The '54s might be one of my next challenges after I'm done with the '57 set.

Great set with great colors and very good player selection.
