1816 Large Cent - Great XF+ Details, Harshly Cleaned

Based on the advice I recieved from the PCGS Forum, I am listing this coin here and later today, on ebay.
Description - This coin is attributed as between an N-8 and N-9. It has XF+ details and has been "harshly cleaned," which means that the net grade is probably about 1 1/2 to 2 grades lower, at F-15 or VF-20. This coin was apparently part of the Randall Hoard, and I was told that many of them got cleaned, unfortunately.
The dealer who sold me the coin is reputable - he even tried to talk me out of buying this coin but I liked the detail, and I cannot say that I'm sorry I bought it. It's just time to move on.
Looking closely, I can see that the areas around the Stars, Date, Lettering and Headband are all darker than the fields. This seems to indicate that the coin was buffed. There seems to be evidence of a dip too, because the fields have some streaking (which has diminished over the years, I think.)
Now, my editorial comment - whoever did this to such a nice coin, may his armpits be infested with the fleas of a thousand camels!
