Go to your profile and scroll down to: Select the author icon you wish to use
You can select one that is in this file.
Tomorrow - there will be a special tab opened where you can "browse" and pull one from your own pics.

edit: On the 15th of each month - they open it up to "browsing" for a new icon - otherwise you have to use what's in the file. I would not recommend picking one similar to a regular here - since it's confusing.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009.
