    they seem to be doing this every day after i put a bunch of listings , my stuff gets buried and I paid the full fee . oh well

    That is a common refrain.

    A presumptive-time chart can be constructed by simply monitoring
    the EBAY-Stores board, and Seller Central.

    When the outcry for listing specials begins to grow strong on those
    boards, a listing special usually comes within three-days, or less.

    At present, the general CORE specials - BIN and Auction - perform
    very poorly, compared to 12-months ago.

    The outperforming specials include any sale that has a "feature
    component." These are strong bargains because they are under-
    subscribed. Specials on border, frames, featured-listings currently
    outperfrom all other listing specials.
