I have a VA ARM and changed it to a fixed rate - decreased the life of the loan also.

Tho, I did roll the small closing costs into the loan for now.

Having a good day and got a cool 50s Little League Baseball game in great shape!

Shane, those vintage cards you have on ebay, were they from the same collection you just purchased?

im interested in the T201's, but the corners look artificially rounded...are you sure these are authentic?

Yes, they were from the same collection that I just purchased.

I just looked at them, and I don't have any reason to believe that they are anything but authentic (although these are the first one's that I have owned). They all look to be rounded from "real" wear. Plus, knowing the man that I got the collection from says that they are real as well.
