Question: 1962 Dodger Postcards Not Graded

"Not holdered, no holder available"

This is the message I got when I sent in 6 of these Dodger postacrds under my free submissions. They have graded over 100 of these to date and I haven't heard that they were no longer grading them, and certainly they have a holder that fits since they have graded them in the past. Anyone have any thoughts?

    PSA is inconsistent.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
