Question about the registry.(upgrading)

I want to upgrade a card in my Gaylord Perry set from a 9 to a 10. Must I delete the 9 and then enter the 10, or if I enter the 10 will the 9 automatically be deleted from the set. Dont know how this works, because I have seen cards in other peoples sets where the little red bar next to the card in the set says "added" and I have seen some that says "upgraded". Any help is much appreciated.

You just have to update the new card's spec #, and it will automatically overlay the 9. Your set will then show "upgraded" for that card.
