  • You can do it next day if the user is not registered.

  • Depends on a number or things...

Has seller kept in contact? Did seller provide a tracking number? Have you done business in the past with this seller?

Seller has seven days to mail item after paying, per PP.

You have up to 45 days to file a claim from the time the payment was made. I was just reading that this morning, as I may have to open one myself.
    Looking for Carl Willey items.

He has kept in contact, but was a real a-hole. Could/would not provide tracking, never done business with before, but claims to have mailed item 7 days (1-29-07) after auction. Relatively new seller, 100% positive with fb of 93. However, only lives one state away. Wouldn't expect to take more than a couple of days.

  • Like Tedw9 stated you have 45 days, but I wouldn't give it that long.

Sounds like he didn't use DC, but you could still receive it.

I would give it another seven days... maybye seller had a bad day when you emailed him.image

I never even contact a seller until 30-days after
the awol cards have been paid for.

BUT, if the guy is giving you a song and dance about the DC#,
file with PayPal anytime, and file an INR with EBAY, too.

Yep, I have even had sellers mail the next day after I emailed them... letting them know I have not received my item. Once I received it... the post mark was the next day, after I asked about it and 29 days after I made payment. This could be why the seller is not providing you with a dc and being an buttface.
