PSA- Yes or No?

Hi, first off I didn't know where to post this topic so I hope I am ok in the general board. I have a 2004 Bowman Chrome RED REFRACTOR Rookie Card (Certified Autograph Issued) Eli Manning signed card, machine stamped # 7/10. The card came out as a "box topper" from 2004, this card came and still is in a Topps Uncirculated case. Never opened.
The big question I have is you think I should chance it and send it to PSA for grading? Or leave it alone in the Topps case it came in. The card is very sharp and I think it would come back PSA 10 due to the fact that no one has touched it. Also, would PSA only grade the auto or just the card? Beckett does both I believe, please tell me your thoughts.
PLEASE SEE THE SCANS FOR MORE DETAIL OF THE CARD.

I'd leave it in there.
I know there was a reason for keeping it in the case but I also thought people liked to buy graded cards more. So I figured maybe go for it but I guess I'll leave it in.
Your's looks pretty good. If its not being moved around alot its fine in the case but still for long term storage I would at least transfer it to a 1 screw with corner notches.
As far as grading goes, I would hold off and see if Eli improves next year. If he does than I would consider getting it slabbed.

If it came back with an unexpected low grade,
you could/would lose money.

Looks like a PSA 9.
Besides, wouldn't you want to be the one guy out of ten that left his in the original packaging?
<< <i>I would leave it as is. That was the way it was issued, so I think taking it out of the package only hurts the value.

Another good point.

L/R on the front. Probably a 9 at best.
<< <i>Please also keep in mine the case does have a few marks on it so whatever you see might not be on the card. >>
I was just about to point that out.
If you are looking to sell, leave it as is. You never know with PSA and 10's, the card could end up an 8! I don't collect much modern, but I think that the value is in the autos and low #ed cards and no in a PSA 10. If the card looks mint, people are willing to pay mint money for it. I think much of that is due to the better printing of these days that a vast majority of cards come out of the pack in MINT condition.
