If 100% and all PSA 10....

....can you still request the free registry grades? I have a six card bonus card set all PSA 10. Also I believe I read someone say you do not need to be a member for the free grades...is this correct? (I think I will wait till I can get 10 free grades or something like that to save on shipping so just curious at the moment.)

    yes and yes..........................I accumulated 16 freebies to send in at the same time but they were all from the same set as I filled in all the team sets.
