I am getting ready to submit a few coins and this is my first time with PCGS, just a couple questions. One coin is a 20 dollar gold liberty in pcgs green holder @ms62 and to me it deserves a 63 or maybe 64, in the fees schedule I am not sure which service to pick? Also if it does not upgrade they will leave it in original holder?
Thanks in advance
AL

    Hi Al,

I recommend using the regrade service for coins that are already in PCGS holders. That way, the grade won't go down, but it could potentially go up. Unfortunately, new inserts are generated for regrades, so you will lose the old green insert and the coin will be placed in a shiny, new holder.
