Oddball Willie Mays card - what is this?

Got this recently in a huge vintage collection. It may not be worth a dime, but I would like to know what it is if anybody knows. It has nothing on it indicating what it is. It is thick with a styrofoam (sp?) middle, and photo front, and a piece of material on the back.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just a homemade thing, and not that long ago, judging by the foamcore.

That's what it looks like to me to. I meant to say that in my original post. It does look homemade, but you just can't never tell with all of the weird items to have come out.

a couple years ago i bought a raw group of 76 topps baseball on ebay, and one of the cards the seller sent me was this homemade beauty.. its a magnet..
