Reports are that he wants to come back to get 500 homers. He's at 466 now. At the pace he's been on for the past 3 years he should get there around 2025. Maybe he had some 6 million dollar man surgery to fix his body, but me thinks not.
Even though he was a disaster for KC, (and Detroit, and Cleveland) there's no denying that he was one of the most vicious hitters in the game for about 10 years when healthy. I don't think he makes the HOF, but still very good in his prime.

Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12
Looking for Al Hrabosky and any OPC Dave Campbells (the ESPN guy)
I am sure Texas will take him back... like they did Sosa. LOL

Yep. By far the worst decision ever made by a player. Best thing that ever happened to the Tigers...

The 38-year-old has 434 career home runs and has driven in 1,404 runs in his 17-year career with Texas, Detroit, Kansas City and Cleveland, so he has a ways to go if he wants to reach 500.
