2006 Topps Allen & Ginter Registry

I've noticed quite a few of these have been graded and sell OK on ebay, and I've toyed with the idea of submitting some myself, at least the Mantle, Clemente, Pujols, etc., or the autographs. I've thought about starting a modern registry set just as something to pick at for quite a while, but never really committed. Anyone into these?
WANTED:

2004 UD Legends Bake McBride autos & parallels, and 1974 Topps #601 PSA 9
Rare Grady Sizemore parallels, printing plates, autographs

Nothing on ebay

I did get several of these graded during the $5 special, and they do look awfully nice in slabs. But I've got too many other pots on the stove to start a registry set -- and probably never will. I sold off all but this Mantle. Just couldn't bear to part with it.

Nice Mantle I probably wouldn't have parted with it either. I think that the overall quality is pretty decent do you remember how the other cards graded?

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

They all graded 10. I'm thinking that the 10 grade is easier to come by with these cards... They're very sturdy and have a surface that doesn't seem to damage as easily as that of most other cards. Also, the absence of borders almost takes centering out of the equation.
