What I mean is, the bottom edge does not have nearly as much flaking as the top edge and it's angular and get's smaller towards the right. Is this how these were manufactured???

Ebay doesnt work that way. First you have to buy the card, than the seller will leave you feedback

After taking another look at the card very closely, I have to agree with some of the other posters here. The card does look a bit odd.
