The cob looks to be Felipe V (1729-1730 "R" assayer) Mexico (if it's genuine), the rest I have no idea. I wonder what that cob weighs...

BTW - On the Henry III coin, the moneyer looks like Ricard and the mint is London.

Ha! Sounds familiar......alcohol and eBay can be a dangerous combination. However, I think you did well on that auction, and I would not accuse you of having "coin beer goggles".
