Where can I buy Sharpies in bulk?

I thought I read where someone said they buy sharpie's for 50 cents each - to sent out with autograph requests. Of the last 10 TTM's I've received back, at least 6 are signed with cheap markers and the signatures are terrible. Thanks in advance.

Or here is one on eBay that comes to $.33/each delivered for 48 of them.
