MANTLE COLLECTORS - What have I got here?

I got this recently. What is it? At the bottom and on the front, it says 1962 Alvarn Co., Newton Centre, Mass. It has Mantle's tips on batting and a special offer inside on buying his training set.

VERY neat, but probably not super-expensive.

I'll keep a watch for one with a price on it.

It needs to go in a sheet-protector, or an oversized top-loader.

There was a few "some-what" similar items in the SCD catalog, but not that exact thing.

If we could find the actual product, it might be quiet valuable.

My toy-peddler friend might recall it. I'll check.

That would be great if you could find out something. Thanks.

Anybody else want to chime in.

You can buy one for $3 image

    Oh, well. I think it's neat. I wouldn't sell it for $10.

Frankly, there were many hundreds of items like this published with Mickey Mantle's name on it. Look at the writing...does that seem like the Mick wrote that? LOL

Most of this stuff as noted is worth a few bucks at best. Why? Because everybody kept it. Their baseball cards often got thrown out, but these types of things generally weren't thrown out.
