Oriental Coins

I have some oriental coins and I would sure like to know what country, date and denomination they are. There are several of them at the bottom of this page:

Need better pics of the coins to see the dates/denominations.

The coin at the very bottom of the list looks like a GB Penny.

    I can't tell #1 from the photo, #2 looks like a token, #3 is a Japanese one yen (Showa 62? [1987?]), #4 is from Taiwan (Republic of China), #5 is a Japanese one sen (Showa 10? [1935?]), and #6 is a Japanese 10 yen (Showa 30 [1955]).

  • Thank you for the replies. Is there an online catalog where I can see pics of Asian coins?
  • You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
