How much will this affect grade?

Planning on starting to grade my PC from when my dad I were big into cards in the early 90s, maybe to resell, maybe not, really haven't decided. I know this isn't a registry question, but I figured this was the best place to ask since you all are the experts. I have read the PSA specs and couldn't really decide. Will the black spots above his head and the redspot on his helmet affect the grade enough that I shouldn't bother.

Shouldn't affect the grade if the rest of the card is strong. I've got cards with much worse print defects that are unqualified, some have made 7 and 8 holders as well.

In my experience, print marks don't really affect the grade at all. Check the darker spots on the top to make sure there is no staining on the card. That would be a problem.

Doesn't look like a stain from an outside source, possibly transfer from another card.

If you were to change your little sign to "Go Dallas" I bet you would recieve a higher grade when you submit it! Looks like a nice card!! Rick
