SUPER RARE T216 Peoples Tobacco - SCANS ADDED

My membership has run out. I need to know what the pop report is on a super-duper rare card. I bought a huge collection with a few tobacco cards. Scans to follow when I get home. I need to know the pop report of a T216 Wild Bill Donovan - New York (Virginia Extras back)(paper stock variation). From my research, these cards are almost never seen. I have one, in Pr-Fr condition. I was just wondering how many have been graded.

Yes, it's People's Tobacco with a Virginia Extras back. So, there are non graded? Wow! I guess I might ought to send it in. Scan coming later tonight.

Here is a scan of the front and back. I know it is in terrible condition. I have a question for you guys. Please chime in. Will this even get a PSA 1? Can a card be to bad for a PSA 1? When does a card get the "Authentic" designation? If it will not get a PSA 1, I will definitely push for an "Authentic" grade since this card is so rare. I acquired this along with some other T206's (including a Cobb) in a huge collection from a man that has collected for years. This man was HOF Freddie Linstrom's nephew. I have no doubt that it is real. Anyway, please chime in a give your opinion as to how PSA will treat it.
