I'm not entirely sure what this guy is thinking but he sounds like a real accomodating joy to deal with. I'm very tempted to write him and let him know that he should run, not walk, to the person offering him $1500 for it "sight unseen" but I'm sure that is just a BS line.
The card is indeed rare but I would imagine that if left to auction it would go far north of $100 (and I feel I'm being quite generous).
