Relist for no additional listing fees (once I believe).
If it sells the 2nd time, you pay normal selling fees

Not quite right. You pay to relist it. If it sells they'll refund your listing fees. THere are some rules like can't relist for a higher price. Only applies to insertion fees, not the other fees. And as stated earlier, only applies once so if you relist 4 times, they only refund one fee. --Jerry
