That is a very nice coin, most Classic Heads I've seen look like they've been put through a meat grinder and then stored in salt water. Congrats on the purchase.

My estimate of the EAC grade is 40 sharpness, net 35 for dark color.
There's a tiny spot under "E" of ONE. Deduct 30 points. It's an EAC Good-5 now.
That is a really tough date. I have an XF-45 with nice surfaces, but it's hopelessly laminated, and I can't get the lacquer off with any known solvent.
Edited to add: mine is a "commercial" EF-45, EAC Fair-2.
