SGC to PSA crossover advice

Wanting opinions on if this would cross over to a PSA 5 or not....sorry only have seller's scan which isn't great. Also, would you submit as is and just ask for a minimum grade of 5 or take a chance and crack it out???

what's the easiest/best way to crack a card from an SGC holder?

Steve if it comes back a 5 honestly I'd probably flip it for as many 1's and 2's as I can get for my registry..lol
