Refund ~ No Grade N9 ~ Help

Need a little help
I received 1 card back from my recent submission and it received a N9. Based upon the FAQ (see below) a "voucher" will be issued --- I did receive the card saver back with a sticker indicating N9 - is this the voucher or am I missing something and if this is the voucher how do I use it on my next submission

Q: Will I be refunded if one or more of cards receive a “No-Grade”?
A: You will receive a replacement grading voucher for the same service level for the following No-Grades: N6 (Minimum Size), N8 (Miscut), and N9 (Unable to grade). Grading fees paid will not be refunded and no vouchers will be issued for all other “no grades”.
