pcgs sent these mylar flips that I am to put the coins in. Can I leave the coins in the plastic capsules and send them in.

Yes, you can.

You have to ask them on the submission form, but they will send the empty capsules back with the coins as well.

Just label each capsule with the submission number and Line number.

yes you can, its better sending it in the capsule.

The recommendation is that you submit the coins in flips. There may be an extra charge if you leave them in capsules.

I have not been charged extra for submitting them in capsules.
