Can coin albums be shipped media mail?

These are just blank coin albums, with no coins in them. Will the post office consider this "media"?

    I have called them "coin books," for years.

    If the item has pages with writing on them, we have "a book."

    yes, they will consider it media, and treat it like media mail: extra rough with the packages, and take your time getting it there.
