What would say a 2005 PCGS MS-69 $25 Gold is Worth?

I have some guy offering to sell me 5 of them for $310 each. Deal or no deal? I can't find any that are sellling over spot even with the MS69. Am I missing something?

knowing nothing about them, i'd do it, thats below spot price!

Gold is, as of this minute, $646.20 per ounce. That's spot price. These are a steal--buy them! Buy all he has! Your local bullion dealer or jeweler will give you $323.10 for the coins.

Got it. My question is, does the grade (PCGS MS-69) add any value? Or is this all Bullion.

Oh! Not the buffalo, but the eagle. I got the two conversations confused in our PMs.

No, I don't think the MS69 adds any value to the eagles, but they're worth spot plus a premium in any event, and these 1/2 ounce coins melt at $325. So, it's a good deal.
