Since SAE's sometimes spot, we all know PCGS does not grade MS70 SAES's, but would you consider doing this for coins that have aged and shown to not spot over time?

Hi clackamas,
I'm not sure anyone could ever guarantee that the coins won't turn over time. As long as whatever chemicals remain on the surface, the possibility of spotting remains.
