I saw a bunch of these today. True or False. Or are these guys making them in the basement.

According to eBay policies, these auctions are not allowed. The policy says, that you must have "in your possession" the coin that you are selling.

I believe ebay's rules are that if you do a pre-sale and don't ship within 30 days, buyer has choice to wait or walk away (no harm, no foul)
