PCGS Free Quarterly Submission/Advice Needed

Here's my quandary, submit a borderline VG/F 1886 Liberty Nickel ("i" in liberty barely visable, all other denotations for a F-12 are there) OR submit a common date 1901 or 1903 Liberty nickel which may get a MS63 or 64 grade.

Which would you do? Submit the semi-key 1886 or the common date?

I would go for the 1886 if it were me. But then again I'm probably not the person you should be taking advice from.
