Circulated Leif Ericson commemorative dollar

I normally dig through circulated Barber coins, but occasionally buy an overlooked U.S. commemorative coin. Favorites that I own include the Isabella Quarter, Norse American Medal, Bridgeport/P.T. Barnum half, Cincinnatti half, Special Olympics/Shriver hag dollar, and the Booker T. Washington and G.W. Carver issues. Another commem

I also have a proof 2000 Leif Ericson dollar, and am looking to purchase another one, in mint state, although I'd prefer a circulated "business strike" if one existed. The prices seem to keep rising on MS examples of this one.

What are your opinions of the future values of Leif Ericson commems? Will the uncirculated examples become a key? Will the proofs remain widgets? How long before I can find one which grades EF-40 or PO-1, and how much more will I have to pay over one that grades MS-68?

IMO, never unless someone decides to turn it into a pocket piece.
